Job Description
- Work closely with our Japanese brewing partner in setting up the brewery .
- Create a unique character of the brewery through branding and new sake product lines.
- Selecting and evaluate the raw materials that are used in the brewing process.
- Record keeping and ensure the quality of the production process and the brew conditions.
- Develop new brewing recipes and product innovation to meet market demand.
- Manage maintenance schedule on the production line and purchasing of equipment.
- Provide training, staff skill development and opportunities to team members.
- Manage bottling and delivery process and oversee the bottling facilities and delivery schedules.
- Inventory control to ensure adequate raw materials, bottles and packaging materials.
- Budget management and cost control.
- Male, Foreigner (any nationality)
- Fluent in English
- A Head Brewer must have experience working as a brewer and managing other staff.
- At least 3 years’ experience in brewing.
- Experience in staff management.
- Experience in production and quality control.
- Knowledge and experience in machinery and equipment.
