Job Description
• Activity/engagement on the old Telegram group
• ProBit [English] should be discouraged since we are working on this:
- Guidelines on how to respond to CS
- Generic queries refer to questions that are not related to specific accounts (ex. When will X project be listed, Can users deposit without KYC, How to place an order etc.).
- Account-specific queries are redirected to Zendesk webform tickets:
- Submit a request – ProBit Global Support
• Chatters cost from about 300 to 400 USDT a month.
The chatters must be online on shifts throughout the day. Place priority on hiring for strategic hours (around 11PM to 9AM KST is when no ProBit Global staff is online).
