freeC's client is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Staff to join our team in the Steel Industry. This is an urgent position with the following details:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the steel industry or related fields such as roofing, construction materials, engineering, etc.
• Identify sales opportunities and actively pursue leads to achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and make informed sales decisions.
• Report sales activities, progress, and results to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• University graduation or above
• Male, under 30 years old.
• Fluent in N2 level of Japanese language. (Direct communication with the head office in Japan)
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the steel industry or related fields. However, candidates with sales skills and qualities from similar industries such as roofing, construction materials, or engineering will also be considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.

• Salary: Up to 25 million VND (depending on experience and qualifications)
