Job Description

1. New Business Development

  • Identify and develop new enterprise customers in BFSI, government, telecom, and aviation sectors
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
  • Establish relationships with key decision makers (CIO, CTO, Head of IT, Procurement)

2. Solution Selling

  • Understand client business needs and translate them into IT solution opportunities
  • Collaborate with Presales and Technical teams to design tailored solutions
  • Lead presentations, workshops, and solution pitching sessions

3. Proposal & Commercial Development

  • Work with internal teams to develop proposals, BOMs, and pricing models
  • Support deal structuring, costing, and commercial optimization
  • Coordinate with vendors/partners when required

4. Deal Management & Closing

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure successful deal closure
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting

5. Market & Industry Research

  • Monitor trends in cloud, DevSecOps, API management, and enterprise infrastructure
  • Analyze competitors and understand procurement processes in BFSI/government sectors
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas


Requirements:

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, Economics, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales within IT solutions, software, outsourcing, cloud, or system integration
  • Strong understanding of enterprise/government/BFSI sales cycles
  • Experience working with or supporting pricing, proposal, or commercial documentation

Strong advantages

  • Background in banking, fintech, telecom, or large enterprise environments
  • Exposure to cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, API platforms, or enterprise systems
  • Existing network within CIO/IT leadership communities
  • Strong English communication skills
