Job Description:

• Develop sales materials, campaigns, and conducting seminar to support clients (IoT solutions/ Production Efficiency Systems)
• Participate in product R&D and ensure market readiness.
• Help develop and test software and hardware applications that support product and company goals.
• Gather and present data analysis and product updates to clients and management team.
• Actively search for sales leads, introduce company’s products to potential clients and follow up until closing sales deals and give the best service after sales.
• Manage relationship with enterprise clients and support the clients in using the company’s products.
• Making improvements and enhancements to software products based on data analysis and collected feedback from clients.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IoT devices post-deployment to ensure the seamless process

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree of Industrial Engineer (IE).
• Have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in customer service support and customer relationship management preferably within the Apparel, Footwear or Solutions.
• Familiar with Information Technology (IT) such as computer, software, and network.
• Take proactive and creative approaches to attend to clients’ needs and have a strong interest in the field of IoT Solutions, Apparel, and related fields.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn new products fast and active.
• Good at communication skill and problem solving when supporting clients.
• Can present products and ideas with confidence and persistence.
• Can communicate fluently to clients, partners, and colleagues in English and Vietnamese.
• Willing to travel for business trip including oversea.
