- Receiving and consulting customers through the Company‘s customer service channels: CallCenter, Chatbox, Email, Applications ... according to the working shift and according to the regulations on receiving calls

- Consult information, use instructions, and answer customers’ questions about the company‘s products and services

- Record customer feedback into the system

- Comply with the working hours according to the working shift regulations

- Participate in professional tests and periodic meetings of the department

- Satisfactory professional test results

- Perform professional-related tasks specified in the professional process

- Perform other tasks related to the functions and duties of the Customer Service Department when assigned.

- Good communication skills.

- Proficiency in office computer applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- English communication is an advantage.

- At least 1-year of experience in customer service.

- Honest.

- High sense of responsibility.

- Able to work under high pressure.
