Your main tasks entail:

• Design and implement solutions for internal and external customers
• Investigate and select technologies (programming languages, frameworks)
• Guide software developer in technologies, best practices, …
• Build a close collaboration to system architects, data scientists and ML experts
• Help the management to form a strong developer community
• Assist in selecting the best candidates for our Software Development Teams

Job Qualification

• More than 7 years of experience in software development ideal wise as a FullStack Developer
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent programming skills in Java, C#, Python, Typescript (Angular/ React/ ReactJS)
• More than 3 years of experience in AWS
• Experience in principles like Event Driven Architecture, Infrastructure as Code, Serverless
• Good teamworking and communication skills, willing to share knowledge and enable other team members
• Understand what servant leadership means and act accordingly
• Fluent in English
