Bridge Software Engineer (JLPT N2)

• Take part in multiple projects with clients in Japan.
• Manage the client's and other stakeholders' relationships and communications to make sure the project is completed to their satisfaction.
• Supervise the delivery of the project according to the project plan.
• Keep track of projects and important stakeholders regularly.
• Monitor project progress and enhance regular status reports to the project team and relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in the management and adaptation to changes in project scope and schedule.
• Contribute to the identification and mitigation of potential project risks.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in the BrSE position within projects targeting the Japanese market.
• More than 2 years of coding experience in Java, Golang, or C# (.NET Framework).
• JLPT N2 and above (good at communication)
• In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Outstanding analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Have experience in multitasking management roles.
• Proficiency in technical skills is highly advantageous.
