• Contribute to the enhancement of team processes, tools, and development methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in developing and deploying NLP and LLM models.
• Proficiency with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Mistral) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK).
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment and scaling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multilingual NLP and cross-lingual transfer learning.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD tools for ML model deployment.
• Knowledge of distributed computing and big data processing technologies (e.g., Apache Spark).
