Minox is a leading provider of hygienic components for the food & beverage, semiconductor, and pharmaceutical industries. We specialize in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the most stringent industry standards.


As part of our continued growth, we are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our expanding sales team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Promote and sell hygienic components, such as sanitary tubes, fittings, valves, and seals, to clients within the F&B, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor industries.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities by understanding client requirements for hygienic components.


  • Provide clients with detailed information on hygienic products, focusing on their applications within clean and contamination-sensitive environments.


  • Meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in the market share of hygienic components.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, ensuring timely delivery of products and solutions.


  • Keep abreast of industry developments, trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to hygienic components.


  • Assist in creating quotations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client specifications.


  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.



Key Requirements:


  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (essential).


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.


  • Sales experience in relevant industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
