Job description

  • Develop networks of outsourcing sales partners and property agencies. He/she will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, driving sales performance through third-party channels, ensuring alignment with company goals, and maintaining strong brand positioning in the market.
  • Key responsibilities
  • Partner & Stakeholder Management, serving as the key point of contact, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key external partners including sales agencies and JV partners, collaborating with external stakeholders to align efforts and improve sales results, analyzing sales status and competitors, supporting negotiation with external partners, obtaining market information from outside channels, recruiting and maintaining a portfolio of outsourcing sales partners and agencies.
  • Training & Development for Sales Agents by developing and implementing training programs, providing training and support for sales agents, and supporting sales agents in leveraging market research insights.
  • Coordination with internal teams to come up with sales ideas, ensuring agencies comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with internal departments to support smooth execution of partner activities and sales strategy development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, age 28-33 years old
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or channel/partner management
  • Experience with residential sales is appreciated, experience working with external agencies or real estate developers, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and thrive under pressure.
  • Key competencies include relationship management, result orientation, communication & presentation skills, and problem-solving ability.
