Job Description

Work with Procurement/agencies/suppliers for store design and POSM Materials
Create a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the company’s marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand
On-going control of annual trade marketing budget and plan different subsidy fee for regions
Regular visits & relationship building with all regions over Vietnam
Analyze results of retail channel, in depth analysis of competition, distribution models
Build/use systematic monitoring system to track and maintain brand visual/design in Vietnam
Assist and educate regions with marketing related work and implanted HQ policy and marketing campaign to regions
Other work assigned by the directly manager

University degree, preferable in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising
At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing department within retail, FMCG, building materials sector, including retail network & brand / product management
Familiar with development & execution of trade marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, market analysis and data collection
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese communication skill, knowing Chinese is a plus
