Assist in customer service and client profile management (get client’s information viaphone calls and emails, instruct clients on filling in the application form, prepare offer and conduct contract documentation).
Make invoice and follow-up payment for each project.
Coordinate for audit planning, e.g. prepare for monthly audit schedule and follow up with due inspections and reports.
Support marketing activities of Certification department (coordinating to organize fairs, exhibitions and workshop events)
To be a contact point between clients, auditors and certifiers in Vietnam and overseas during report checking, certification decision, certification mark, the decision to suspension or withdrawal of the certificate.
Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Textile.
Work experience requirement
Fluently in English.
Graduated/experience in Textile field.
