• Develop a new products to meet the manufacturing needs.
• Change and upgrade the processes and systems as well as equip facilities into manufacturing operations to ensure the cost worthwhile combination of the new product or the development of the existing product.
• Support in with shop floor design and mechanical solution.
• Make sure the quality of the processes and the quality meet specifications needed.
• Supervise the machinery and facility installation.
• Analyze and design plan for workflow, space requirements and equipment layout to make improvement and increase production efficiency.
• Determine and eliminate wastes from the processes.
• Establish start-up and shut-down schedules for the Plant to minimize the loss of production time.
• Make a report relating to downtime ad possible trends.
• Identify issues in production or working procedures to deliver technical assistance or training.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects, support and involvement in problem-solving and process improvement activities at Plant.
• Process data, make reports and demonstrate progress at project meetings and to clients.
• Design plan for projects or sub-tasks for tracking and presentation.
• Attend numerous meetings and take action/communicate instructions.
• Deliver training and development continuously.
• Investigate root causes, analyze and make solutions for problems.
• Lead and/or support technicians and engineering apprentices.
• Train/Coach/Mentor subordinates within own workgroup.
• Monitor sub-contractors.

• At least 10-year experience in Cold Forging, Forging, Welding, Stamping, Heating, CNC, Proper casting.
• Western EXPAT is required.
• Relevant degree in the field of Manufacturing or Engineering.
• Have extensive knowledge about production processes and LEAN manufacture.
• Understand information regarding engineering, scientific and technical.
• Have the ability in using CAD, designing the layout, and building up procedures.
• Have the strong problem-solving skill and a logical approach.
• Be proficient in negotiation skills, teamwork skill, analytical skills, planning and time management skill.
• Be detail-oriented to process and present data effectively.
• Be able to train/coach/mentor workgroups or teams.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, especially in field of automotive, is preferable.
