8A EDUCATION

As tutor, you will represent 8A in designing and implementing tutoring sessions. You will also be responsible for working with our students to help them improve in their academic lives. (with 3 subjects: Math, Science and English)

Tutoring activities (80%):

• Plan and run tutoring sessions to high degree of professionalism
• Assist organizing and maintaining our question bank
• Create and implement student study plans
• Set and mark homework
• Help out with marketing events and activities

Customer service (10%):

• Maintain up to date student diaries
• Work with admin staff to communicate with parents
• Discuss student progress with parents directly

Report and admin (10%):

• Complete level tests
• Completing student diaries and academic assessments
• Classroom management
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications

• College/University graduate
• IELTS 6.5 + or equivalent
• Ability to work in start-up environment
• Teaching and/or tutoring experience
• Growth mindset and love new challenges
• Available with working evenings and weekends
• Fluent Vietnamese speaking

Skills

• Familiar with MS Office, G-suite (Gmail, Gdrive, G-apps, etc)
