• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and motivation.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer management.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding phase.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Participate in and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates across various functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
