Job Description
- Development and management for Southeast Asia sportswear supply chain.
- Daily operation and management of two overseas departments: production department and Quality control department.
- Connection with domestic Merchandiser and purchasing staff, and coordinate with Vietnamese factories.
- Established overseas supply chain system and work annual evaluation of every suppliers.
- Production tracking of overseas orders, Conduct WIP and quality Control.
- College degree or above, garment or related major.
- Working experience in garment factory management, more than 6 years of experience in garment merchandising or quality management in Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Cambodia, etc.).
- Professional knowledge of garment production and operation and quality supervision and improvement system.
- Fluency in English (4 skills) and Chinese speaking.
- With strong communication and negotiation and overall planning abilities, decision-making and judgment, planning and organizing abilities. Cost and efficiency consciousness.
- Familiar with the operation and management of garment factories in Southeast Asia, and have well connections and resources
