Job Description

• Conduct routine and advanced inspections as part of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs, including testing, measuring, examining, and gauging activities in complex and high-risk inspection scenarios.
• Independently perform Final Random Inspections (FRI), Pre-Inspections, Inline Inspections, sample drawing, container loading checks, and other assigned inspection services in full compliance with SOPs, protocols, applicable standards, and customer-specific requirements.
• Objectively evaluate selected samples and inspection results, accurately identifying critical, major, and minor defects based on factual findings and technical criteria.
• Prepare, review, and finalize high-quality inspection reports with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time submission.
• Carry out advanced status detection, functional testing, and performance evaluations for products and processes requiring a high level of technical expertise.
• Serve as a senior technical contributor, providing expert input and recommendations on inspection findings, deviations, and quality risks to relevant stakeholders when required.
• Support investigation of quality issues through data analysis, root-cause identification, and clear documentation of findings.
• Consistently apply and stay up to date with relevant standards, regulations, and industry requirements, ensuring inspection activities meet current compliance expectations.
• Work autonomously in the field and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure inspection objectives are met.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in QA/QC or inspection-related roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience in executing complex and independent inspections with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, without direct people management responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, observational, problem-solving, statistical, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent reporting, documentation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; proficient in MS Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements in daily inspection work.
• Relevant professional certifications in quality or inspection are an advantage.
