Job Description

• Conduct routine inspections as part of scheduled maintenance, including testing, measuring, examining, and gauging activities.
• Perform Final Random Inspections, Pre-Inspections, Inline Inspections, sample drawing, container loading checks, and other assigned services in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, and customer-specific requirements.
• Objectively examine selected samples and prepare accurate inspection records based on the actual findings.
• Create and finalize inspection reports, ensuring all critical and major errors are identified and corrected prior to submission.
• Carry out status detection, functional testing, and other evaluation procedures as required.
• Provide technical support, knowledge sharing, and experience exchange within the team and with relevant stakeholders. Support team development through coaching, mentoring, and periodic training sessions.
• Conduct on-site assessments and provide guidance to new inspectors.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years working in QC/QA functions.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, including interaction with senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, observational, problem-solving, statistical, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent presentation, time management, and project management capabilities.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to continuously study, interpret, and apply relevant standards, regulations, and industry requirements.
