• Lead and manage test execution for new features across different testing life cycles.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation testing frameworks and test scripts.
• Utilize testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium WebDriver (Java), Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript), or other automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and define testing strategies.
• Ensure high-quality product releases through comprehensive testing methodologies, including test levels, static testing, and dynamic testing.
• Communicate effectively with global teams to provide clear and concise test reports and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 7+ years in software testing, including both manual and automation testing, with at least 3 years dedicated to automation testing for Web and API applications.
• Experience in banking domain
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), particularly in a global software development setting.
• In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, including test levels, static testing, and dynamic testing.
• Proven ability to manage and execute test cycles across different stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Extensive hands-on experience with one or more testing frameworks or tools, such as:
• Selenium WebDriver (Java)
• Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Other automation testing frameworks
• Skilled in designing, developing, and maintaining automation testing frameworks and test scripts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in JavaScript coding (Java experience is also acceptable).
• Familiarity with setting up and integrating CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working on chatbot projects with an understanding of chatbot functionalities.
