Job Description

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Time Off, Time Tracking, and Employee Central Payroll modules, working closely with the Company HR team and Global HRIS team.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into optimal system configurations.
  • Configure time profiles, holiday calendars, accrual rules, overtime policies, and shift schedules.
  • Design and implement payroll areas, pay calendars, wage types, and integration points with financial systems.
  • Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, and permissions to support time and payroll operations.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, and validation for new implementations and system enhancements.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll standards in collaboration with HR and Payroll teams.
  • Deliver training sessions, develop documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer for HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
  • Serve as the functional lead for issue resolution, defect management, and continuous system improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of HRIS implementation experience, including at least 3 years with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven expertise in Time Off, Time Tracking, and Employee Central Payroll modules.
  • Strong understanding of time evaluation rules, accrual processes, and payroll schemas.
  • Experience with Event Reasons, Business Rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) in Employee Central.
  • Hands-on experience across the full implementation lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance, wage type configuration, and finance/ERP integration.
  • Proficiency in data migration activities, including import templates, CSV uploads, and validation reporting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration issues between EC Payroll and other modules (e.g., Time, Benefits).
  • Solid experience in UAT coordination, training facilitation, and post-go-live support.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central Payroll and Time Management (Time Off & Time Tracking).
  • Additional certifications in SAP HCM or Project Management (PMP/Agile) are advantageous.
