Job Description
- Develop and maintain web applications based on requirements from Japanese clients.
- Analyze requirements, design system architecture, and handle both frontend and backend development.
- Communicate directly with Japanese clients via online meetings, emails, or chat tools to clarify requirements, propose technical solutions, and provide regular progress updates.
- Review code and provide technical support for junior team members.
- Manage project progress and quality in collaboration with BrSE, Comtor, and related teams to ensure delivery deadlines and standards are met.
- Create technical documentation and detailed design documents in accordance with Japanese standards.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in software development, especially in Full Stack Developer roles.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Node.js, PHP (Laravel), Java, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks like ReactJS, VueJS, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, database design, and web security.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher, capable of communicating directly with Japanese clients without interpreter support.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, logical thinking, and documentation skills.
