Senior .NET Developer (English speaking)

• Oversee, consult, and collaborate with senior team members to address given challenges
• Analyze, break down, and estimate assigned tasks
• Supervise, track, and report progress to Project Managers or other supervisors
• Mentor, inspire, and guide developers to enhance their skills, knowledge, and work ethics

• Investigate and resolve complex, time-sensitive issues across various projects and domains
• Ensure implementation of best practices to enhance software project quality and performance

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred)
• Programming:
• Proficient in C# (5+ years) and object-oriented programming
• Extensive knowledge of .NET stack, including C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, EF/Core (5+ years)
• 7+ years of software development experience
• Database skills: Strong in SQL Server (5+ years) and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), with some exposure to non-SQL databases (MongoDB/Cassandra)
• Frontend: Skilled in a popular framework (Angular/ReactJS/VueJS, 1+ year)
• Backend: Ability to design and architect RESTful/gRPC/GraphQL APIs
• Web Technologies: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• DevOps: Familiarity with hosting environments, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and Git
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

Optional Skills:

• Experience with caching (Redis, MemCache, Couchbase), .NET mobile development (Xamarin/MAUI), testing methodologies (TDD, BDD, ATDD), SQL optimization, build tools (Webpack, BabelJS), containerization (Docker, K8s), and microservices/micro frontends
