The job of a Senior Recruitment Consultant (IT field) is to find the mutual suitability of Candidates (individuals) and Clients (organizations) during the shortest possible timeline, hence ensuring the Candidate’s career goals and the Client’s resourcing needs are rightly met.

This is a challenging but exciting sales-driven job where you are expected to work with and provide valuable career/recruitment consultancy to many levels of professional. On a daily basis, the key responsibilities of a senior recruitment consultant include:

• Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment
• Work with client companies, find out about their business, their culture, their current and future recruitment needs, and to develop a loyal business relationship with them
• Source suitable candidates and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client
• Manage the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
• Offer CV, interview and general career advice
• Organize interviews for candidate as requested by the client
• Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression

• Be a senior member of IT Recruitment Consultant Team: Min 2-3 years of experience of Recruitment (agency) with at least 1-2 years of IT Recruiter
• Pro-active in achievement of person KPI and contribution to team performance.
• Do full process of recruitment (sourcing, approaching, interview, follow candidates) for IT positions
• English: from Intermediate
• Personality: open-minded, friendly, quick adapt for changing, service providing mindset, good at communication, and teamwork
• Do other tasks assigned by Line Manager
