Senior Fullstack Engineer

• Develop and maintain all server-side network infrastructure.
• Manage high-load systems using message queues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate components for a crypto trading platform.
• Build high-performance applications by writing efficient, reusable, and testable code.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, fix bugs, and provide technical support.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to processes and technology.
• Create tools as needed to meet internal business requirements.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a compelling explanation for not having one.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Node.js developer.
• Knowledge or experience in assessing the advantages and disadvantages of programming languages like Golang or Rust.
• Proactive in developing tools or internal web applications to meet business or operational needs.
• At least 2 years of experience working in startup environments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Willingness to address urgent web application issues outside regular business hours.

• Extensive knowledge of crypto trading is a plus.
• 3-6 months salary bonus at year-end
• 12 annual days
