• Develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable web applications
• Design application functions and views based on provided definitions
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Maintain and optimize the app to ensure functionality
• Bug fixing and problem-solving
• Lead the development team as a Team Leader.
• Review your team member’s code to improve each member’s skills
• Monitor each member’s development process
• Creatively suggest ideas to improve the development process
• Build CI/CD pipeline
• Consider Git repository management rule
• Research new technologies
• Closely interact with Japanese managers and customers in English

Requirement:

• Over 5 years of experience in WEB application development
• Proficiency in:JavaScript Frontend Frameworks: React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.
• Node.js and its frameworks: Express.js, Adonis.js, etc.
• Testing frameworks for JavaScript: Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, etc.
• Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS): MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Collaborative tools like Git
• Docker
• Experience with Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, or similar services
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• NoSQL Database skills: Firestore, MongoDB, etc.
• Experience with building CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with other skills such as Python, Go
