Senior Backend Developer (Golang/NodeJS)

• Participate in or lead system design with peers to select appropriate technology stacks.
• Design and develop backend logic and implement APIs.
• Write unit tests and integration tests, and conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and reliability of the backend codebase.
• Deploy and optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of backend software development experience in a software/digital product company.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with programming languages such as Golang or Node.js.
• Knowledge of payment gateway integration is a BIG PLUS: e-wallets, online banking, Visa/Master, in-app purchases, etc.
• Good knowledge of integrating and optimizing workflows with mobile apps and mobile games is a PLUS.
• Proficient in databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB.
• Good experience with message queues: Pub/Sub, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Familiar with Google Cloud Platform, CI/CD, SCM, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, and building and deploying infrastructure using cloud technologies.
• Ability to design and analyze using diagrams, define process flows, and design databases.
• Solid experience in scaling and optimizing system performance.
• Advanced knowledge of complex software design, distributed system design, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and protocols.
