Job overview and responsibility

• As a Scrum Master, you will support an agile team by applying Scrum practices and enhancing team performance. Your responsibilities include maintaining focus, removing blockers, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Assist in development and implementation
• Drive continuous improvement
• Identify and address organizational barriers to agility
• Collaborating with Product Owners and Developers
• Contribute to strategic agile initiatives
• You will also participate in development work as a senior full-stack developer. While your main focus is on Scrum Master tasks, you will join the development team to actively deliver work items.

Required skills and experiences

5+ years as a Scrum Master with successful agile team leadership

English level fluently

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Microsoft Azure DevOps (required)
• General knowledge of IAM processes and applications (optional)
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills
• Experience in conflict resolution, servant leadership, and organizational change
• Advanced certifications (e.g., PSM II/III, CSP-SM, SAFe Agilist) are a plus

5+ years of experience as full-stack developer

Back-end

• Expert on .NET / C# / MS SQL / OData (Required)
• Knowledge of MS Graph / YAML pipelines / CI/CD (required)

Front-end

• Modern web development: JavaScript/CSS/HTML (required)
• Libraries: React (Required)
• Design: Fluid Design (optional)
