Job Description
- Work independently in finding business and sales opportunities with assigned customers.
- Establish sales relationships at the senior leadership level (C Level)
- Act as the main focal point to cooperate with partners/customers to introduce, deploy, and expand the connection of company’s products and services.
- Acting as a bridge, coordinating between customers and internal departments during the process of cooperation and service implementation for customers,...ensuring service/project implementation on schedule, and meeting standards standard.
- Maintain care, and expand cooperative relationships between The Company and customers. Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report in a timely manner the effectiveness of the cooperation to ensure the effective growth of revenue of services.
- Research, collect, synthesize, and analyze information sources related to the Company's products and services, customers, and the market. Coordinate with related departments to propose new product and service ideas.
- Analyze and update products/competitors in the market in a timely manner for the Board of Directors.
- Other work items arising from the Board of Directors.
- University graduate or major in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience
- English communication
- Experience in Account Manager or similar positions
- Experience in providing solutions to meet customer needs
- Proficient in listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in communication skills
- Having in-depth knowledge of the market
- Proficient in building and maintaining relationships
