Job Description:

Devision Leading: Proposal(incl. procurement) and Project management

Pre Feasibility study and Feasibility study preparation/Support for Procurement and Project management on execution stage

1.    Pre-FS Leading with Project development team

- Selection of Consultant, Pre-FS report review and verification on engineering and costing, schedule

- Submittal to Gov or related organization and expediting for approval

2.    FS Leading with headquarter

- Reporting job for FS agendas and concerns, status

- Selection of Consultant, contract

- Initial set-up project with related organization for permit process, Preparation of legal documents to be submitted in securing project permits & licenses;

- Costing that based on submittal of Vendor or Subcontract

- Verification Cost (Quantities surveyor)

- For Cost estimation and Project execution, Permit work leading and support

- Bidding management and submittal to Client

3.    Procurement, Construction

- Purchasing Order for project and construction materials

- Co-work with headquarter procurement managers

- Analyze all Subcontractors/Vendors/Suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing;

- Gene-con/ Subcontractor survey/Making vendor pool list/ Subcontractor enrollment to system and evaluation;

- POC or Long-term partnership contract with nominated Subcontractors/Vendors/Suppliers;

- Negotiate with Subcontractors/Vendors/Suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company

4.    Project management

- Support of execution of project (Contract/Cost/Procurement/Construction) with HCMC/Hanoi Office team

- Suport for permit for EPC

- Dealing with Claim or contract conflict with clients or vendor/subcontractor

- Reporting job for project agendas and concerns, status

 - Consortium and Subcontracting control (incl. Contract/Progress/Payment, etc.);

5.    Other tasks as required by direct manager

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Civil, Environment, Architect, Mechanical, Electrical, etc. or Water/Waste Water/Infrastructure/Power plant/Petrochemical/Industry/Green Energy related
• At least 10 years working in similar role
• Fluent in English (Additional points for Korean language proficiency)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Experience for project management or proposal work
• High responsible, accountable, can work independent & under pressure, willing to learn new things & do new tasks
• Skills of Bidding and Project Control are required.
• Leadership with existed team member
