Job Description
- Monitor call recordings and provide real-time agent consultations with consumers.
- Evaluate agent calls for quality scoring.
- Identify and document instances of non-compliance.
- Develop reports and training plans for agents.
- Collaborate with Trainers and Team Leads to coach and train agents.
- Recommend strategies to enhance call quality and boost sales performance.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager (OM).
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a QA/QC position.
- Familiarity with and experience in telesales.
- Strong ability to identify and recognize non-compliance behaviors.
- Experience in training and coaching is an advantage.
- Proficient in analyzing records to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
