QA Inspector (Wrinkle-Free Pants)

- Responsible for material, in-process and final shipment quality control as defined in IMPACTIVA’s inspection manual (80+ pages)

- Capable of learning and executing on a day-to-day basis very rigorous processes and procedures

- Generating his/her own inspection reports using a laptop

- Maintain a good working relationship with all customers and factories’ personnel (including top management and factory owners) and fellow TM (Team Members)

- Minimum 7 years of experience in the apparel industry that includes strong exposures to:

• Material inspection (fabric and accessories)
• Understanding and identifying various types of fabric defects
• Conducting measurement audit
• Knowledge on AQL (Accepted Quality Level) sample plans
• Knowledge on final product defects
• Final shipment inspection
• In-process quality control
• Knowledge on different print types and associated quality requirements
• Knowledge on different patch work processes and associated quality requirements
• Knowledge on pin-tuck processes and associated quality requirements
• Machine setting
• Needle types
• Smocking process
• Review and report PPS (Pre-Production Sample)
• Conduct PP (Pre-Production) meeting
• Review and report TOP (Top Of Production) samples

- Apparel factory work experience

- Technical factory audit experience
