Job Description

Opportunity Management

  • Work closely with the Business Development (BD) team to analyze and capture new business opportunities.
  • Track, manage, and ensure all incoming opportunities are assigned to the appropriate teams.

Project Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Coordinate effectively between internal teams (Business Consultant, Delivery, and Pre-sales) and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring all teams stay aligned with project goals and deadlines.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Production team to assess their capacity, capabilities, and ongoing project status.
  • Ensure that the Production team has the necessary resources and information to meet project requirements.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain comprehensive and well-organized records of project activities, communications, and milestones.
  • Generate and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Problem-Solving

  • Identify potential project risks and challenges early and collaborate with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Address and resolve conflicts or obstacles arising during the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • 1.5 to 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, PM Assistant, or a similar role.
  • Experience working on IT/ERP projects.
  • Understanding of ERP implementation processes.
  • Strong communication, soft skills, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth experience with ERP systems, particularly Odoo.
  • Highly adaptable to different working conditions and proactive in project management.
  • Strong research, time management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
