Project Manager (N2+)

• Plan, estimate, and manage project schedules
• Organize tasks, allocate work, and coordinate project execution
• Monitor project progress including scope, timeline, cost, quality, risks, and issues
• Manage requirements, change requests, stakeholders, communication, and reporting
• Communicate directly with Japanese clients and handle project discussions independently
• Prepare progress reports for clients and internal teams
• Participate in requirement analysis, product review, and domain understanding
• Manage, evaluate, and develop team members

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience as PM, managing teams of 5–10 members
• Experience working in waterfall model projects
• Prefer experience in fintech domains (banking, insurance, securities, etc.)
• Technical background: Java, PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora, Angular, NodeJS, etc.
• Japanese level equivalent to N2 or higher, able to communicate independently with clients
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Logical thinking, adaptability, and good coordination ability
• High responsibility, ability to work under pressure, willingness to learn both tech and business domains

• Working hours: Check-in at 8:30 AM, no check-out required
• Monday–Friday working schedule, weekends off
