A program manager oversees and coordinates the various projects, products, and other strategic initiatives across an organization.  

Ensure customer satisfaction 

• Customer focal point of contact. 
• Ensure On time delivery. 

Protect & Growth customer account 

• In charge of account revenue and forecast. 
• Develop business opportunities within existing account. 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 

• Review manufacturing service contract, terms and agreement with new customers. 
• Setup new customer in company system. 
• Demand and Purchase Order management. 
• Customer NRE and consignments management. 

Ensure the program stay on track financially and timely 

• Inventory management. 
• CM and Cost management. 
• PPV and excess inventory management. 
• Manage cross functional team throughout program life cycle. 

Program planning and execution 

• Material and Production resource planning. 
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) Activities 
• Coordinate Engineering Change Notice (ECN) Activities 
• Coordinate and Support customer Rework Services. 

Managing reports and documentations 

• Report customer forecast, revenue, and program status. 
• Report customer Inventory and Excess analysis 
• Report customer KPI on GM, CM, OTD and RMA.

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business or related field. 
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). 
• Proven experience in program and project management at least 5 years, preferable in EMS Company. 
• Proven stakeholder management skills. 
• Proven experience managing a team. 
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. 
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
