Job responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor production plans with outsourcing factories to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with related departments (Planning, Sales, SCM, etc.) and outsource factories to adjust production schedules and resolve issues when changes occur.
• Manage and track the delivery schedule of components from overseas suppliers (China, Japan, etc.) to ensure sufficient materials for production.
• Monitor production performance indicators, analyze operational efficiency, and control outsourcing costs to optimize overall performance.
• Review and manage costs related to ECR/EOL or other special cases and propose solutions for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Conduct improvement activities, learning programs, and on-site support at domestic and overseas factories as assigned.
• Participate in internal activities.

Job requirement

• Knowledge of Production Control, including production planning, schedule management, productivity control, and BOM.
• Understanding of outsourcing/vendor management and production KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain processes, including purchasing, production, inventory, logistics, and delivery.
• Good communication in: English – Japanese (N3 relevant) or English – Chinese (HSK4 relevant)
