Job description:

Oversee project progress, quality, technical requirements, and safety for production works during operation:

• Ensure that production activities adhere to the planned schedule and meet established technical standards.
• Monitor and supervise the quality of products at each stage of production, ensuring no errors that could impact the timeline or technical requirements.
• Evaluate and enforce safety measures, ensuring employees comply with occupational safety regulations throughout operations, minimizing workplace accidents.

Track machine utilization, manpower allocation, material supply, project progress, and prepare project reports:

• Closely monitor the operational schedules of machinery and manpower utilization to optimize resources in production.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to oversee the timely supply of materials, ensuring no disruptions to the production timeline.
• Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, summarizing key milestones, challenges, and solutions.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors

Job Requirement:

• Male, 22-25 years old
• Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree in the engineering field of Mechanical/ Machinery/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automation …
• Can use software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks…
• Possess knowledge of product characteristics, process and equipment capabilities.
• Be able to report in Japanese..
• Effective teamwork and communication.

• Working at Long Duc Industrial zone (Shuttle bus: From Hang Xanh/Thu Duc/Ba Ria and Bien Hoa)
• Working days: Monday-Friday (7:45am-4:30 pm, 45' lunch break)
• The 13th months of salary
