Production Manager/ Trưởng Phòng Sản Xuất

Responsible to oversee day-to-day production process, coordinating all production activities and operations in the plant including but not limited to body shop, paint shop, trim, chassis, final rectification line.

* Quality

- To ensure quality of the product/vehicle assembled by the production department meet product-manufacturing quality standard.

- To continuously improve the product quality by providing countermeasure to eliminate the manufacturing defect in the production line and feedback from the aftermarket.

* Output

- To ensure optimum production output to achieve the target set in the production-planning schedule.

- To plan production capacity changes together with production engineering and industrial engineering department.

* Material

- To plan and ensure that the production department utilizes the material according to the standard and optimum condition to increase the cost efficiency.

* Parts

- To ensure vehicle parts are properly use production staff by implementing prevention measure for damage, loss etc.

* Equipments

- To ensure proper utilization of equipment by production staff.

- To ensure all facilities maintenance schedules are implementing correctly.

* Cleanliness and Orderliness of Production Areas

- To ensure that production areas are kept clean and orderly.

* Discipline

- To ensure staff discipline is maintained on the shop floor and all staff abide by the company’s disciplinary regulations.

* Safety

- To ensure all safety and health procedures and regulations are follow by staff, including the wearing of proper safety attire (PPE).

* Manpower

- To ensure sufficient manpower is always available and implement efficient utilization of manpower at shop floor.

* Training

- To ensure that adequate training programmes are in place and implemented for all production staff.

* Possess university degree in automotive engineering/mechatronic engineering/electrical or electronic engineering/mechanical engineering or having equivalent technical background.

* Skill & Experience:

- At least 5 years of working experience in automotive manufacturing or equivalent.

- Knowledge in process control and adequate supervisory skills

- Experience in managing a group of production staff

- Teamwork and able to handle work in a fast pace environment

- Strong computer skills. (Microsoft Excel, Word & AutoCAD)

- Fluency in English

- ISO Knowledge

• Working from Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 17:15.
• Lunch paid by company (Meal allowance).
• 13th months salary.
