• Research the market, products, customers, and popular advertising formats to understand the products and gain customer insights.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google, and TikTok, for products in international markets.
• Plan the allocation and control of advertising costs, continuously optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals.
• Monitor and analyze data, ad metrics, and campaign materials to develop accurate optimization and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the Media and Product teams to fully understand the products, ensuring campaigns effectively target customer insights sustainably.
• Continuously update knowledge of the market, products, competitors, and the latest industry and advertising platform trends.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar roles. Candidates with experience in Global markets or managing high-budget campaigns are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a strong background in Marketing or Data Science.
• Strong marketing mindset with excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Logical thinking and a strong data-driven mindset.
• Proactive, diligent, and ambitious, with a desire to grow in the Global e-commerce market.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Spreadsheet; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing) is an advantage.
