Requirements:

• More than 5 years of Ruby on Rails development experience
• Strong MySQL or PostgreSQL expertise, including optimization and performance tuning
• Solid knowledge of common design patterns, best practices, and SOLID principles
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker
• Extensive familiarity with web security
• Familiarity with complex system design, including the connection of external systems through APIs
• Familiarity with optimizing and monitoring application performance
• Familiarity with unit testing
• A strong feeling of possession
• Proficiency in project management as a team leader
• English communication

Nice-To-Have:

• Knowledge of front-end programming languages (TypeScript, ReactJS/VueJS)
• Experience in production service operations
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
