About the Role

The Product Designer is responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and user-centric designs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate business objectives into innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement a cohesive visual strategy across all
• digital touchpoints.
• Design and produce compelling visual elements for web properties and other digital
• platforms.
• Skillfully combine color, shape, and typography to create engaging user interfaces.
• Generate innovative ideas, layouts, and graphics to enhance user experiences.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and best practices.
• Contribute to other design-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record in web and mobile applications.
• Deep understanding of the design thinking process and its importance in product development.
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively convey design processes, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts and design consistency.
• Comfortable working closely with developers and other UI/UX team members.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
