Job Description

Objectives:

  • Assist in developing and implementing procedures and policies, providing guidance for business operations

Roles and responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations to make sure that all transactions are matching with bank statement
  • Prepare cash reconciliation and cash clearing report to make sure that the balance in the cash book is matching with physical account
  • In charge of payment requests for company cellphones, telephone, and internet; cooperate with vendors on fixing problems pertaining to company own (or rent) assets/accessories
  • Manage and support on the physical stock checks and physical count of fixed assets and other assets
  • Supply stationeries & other supply/consumable items when required
  • Support C&B specialist in tracking annual leaves and documentation
  • Work cross-functionally in teams and external vendors to make sure operation is running smoothly
  • Plan and organize team-building activities
  • Other tasks assigned by C-level
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/ business administration or a related field
  • Additional HR training or experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Proficient with MS Office/ G-suite or related platform
  • Good English skills in written and spoken
