Job Description
- Answer customers inquiry about services and events in Observation deck.
- Guide customers to use Observation deck's services at each counter: ticker counter (B1F & 65F), Photo zone, Information zone, Skywalk photo counter.
- Sell VR/MR tickets and operate VR/MR machines.
- Support to advertise and set up events.
- Ensure customer's safety when using the service.
- Daily facilities check list to ensure OD Operation standard.
- Carry out emergency procedure when needed.
- Working time:
- 1st shift: 08:30-16:30
- 2nd shift: 16:00-23:00
- Age range: 18 - 30 years old.
- Fluent in English, speaking Korean is an advantage.
- Honest, good service minded, hard working and detail
