• Perform comprehensive testing of WeCRM features and functionalities 
• Design, create and execute test cases and test scenarios 
• Report bugs and issues through proper channels with detailed analysis 
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle 
• Participate in project meetings and provide QC insights 
• Review and improve existing testing processes 
• Collaborate with development team to resolve quality issues 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Experience Level: Middle level (2-4 years of experience in QC/Testing) 
• Experience in software testing and quality assurance 
• Familiarity with CRM systems testing preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
• Experience with test automation tools is a plus 
• Ability to mentor junior team members if needed 
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
