• Develop and Manage Performance Marketing and Sales Marketing Strategies: Ensure the strategies align with the company's business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations, Media/Press Communications, Corporate Marketing, or Event Organization.
• Knowledge of web design and UX/UI.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
• Change management and adaptability skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Professional work style with strong organizational abilities.
• Leadership experience in planning, performance management, team engagement, and motivating members.
• Experience in Banking, Consumer Finance, Securities, Insurance, or Investment Funds is an advantage.
• Experience in Fintech is an added advantage.
• Strong connections with prominent media and press agencies in the financial sector.

• Monthly Income: Based on competency, negotiable. Includes a 13th-month salary.
