Job Description
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term plans for marketing, PR & communications
- Do market research to address the needs, targeted segments and potential customers as well as pricing strategy and models.
- Develop support materials, POSM, PR stuffs to support for marketing, sales, and PR activities.
- Execute marketing events & campaigns, including digital marketing tactics and campaigns to approach potentials and generate leads.
- Develop and manage communication and social channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Monitor, execute, analyze and improve customer experiences (CX) and support programs
- College graduated or equivalent or higher in business and/or marketing related fields
- 3++ years working experience as a marketing execute, capable in digital product and solutions
- Previous experience working with FB/Google/Social ads and Digital marketing
- Good writing/content skill in both Vietnamese and English - English intermediate level or higher
- Knowledge in EduTech and/or HR/Training/Education field is preferable
- Knowledge and skill in Customer Experience (CX) practices is preferable
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and data analytics/insight
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction
- Professional with good attitudes and appearance; customer service mindset & skill
