Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the achievement of business goals in the Vietnam market.
  • Actively engage and retain retail and institutional clients and partners.
  • Take overall responsibility for delivering a satisfactory customer experience across all aspects of the sales and business development functions.
  • Ensure that all leads are contacted and make the best efforts to convert them into active clients.
  • Establish monthly and annual goals and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and drive success.
  • Evaluate business development costs and optimize focus and efficiencies.
  • Analyze marketing and industry trends, and monitor competitors' activities to provide valuable insights for fine-tuning operational and marketing strategies.
  • Represent the company at key exhibitions and trade fairs.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company and externally with different profiles of clients (retail and institutional).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a holistic vision for business development.
  • Proven track record of proactive sales and business development competence.
  • High level of integrity and dependability.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Vietnamese languages.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced global and multi-language environment.
  • Excellent team player, capable of effectively collaborating with various functions within the company and building consensus.
