Junior / Middle Business/ Financial Analyst

Job overview and responsibility

• Support costing analysis on budgetary quotations
• Support bid pricing preparation for tenders
• Maintain knowledge base of historical pricing strategies for different services, project manpower pricing, competitor pricing strategies
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations
• Present costing, pricing strategies and recommendations in bid review
• Create, coordinate and compile pricing information for bid submission
• Facilitate the production of finance related documents, authorisation letters and legalised documents necessary for submission
• Constant review on bid response process, governance, as well as identifying ways to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of the bid response process

Required skills and experiences

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar analytical position, with a focus on costing and pricing.
• Fluent English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software/tools.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
