Junior Data Analyst

This person will be responsible for:

• Engaging with clients to understand their requirements, their processes/workflows
• Setup, testing and possibly training on Inventory Management Systems
• Working on data in related systems, such as Shopify and WooCommerce
• Support clients during implementation phases
• QA and data manipulation in Excel Spreadsheets/Google Sheets
• Assist with client support tickets, troubleshooting issues
• Liaising with external parties - which may include software vendors, accounting firms, bookkeepers, web developers etc.
• Writing training and user documentation

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Migration 
• Knowledge/exposure to inventory platforms
• Proactive, results-focused and self-motivated
• Team Player - collaboration in our team is paramount
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients; strong comprehension skills
• Critical and analytical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve a client’s specific situation
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Quickbook or DEAR inventory experience is a big plus
