• Communication Management: Responsible for the accurate translation and interpretation of documents, emails, and meetings between Vietnamese and Japanese.
• Partner Relations: Management of direct contact and liaison with Japanese partners via various platforms (email, chat, online calls).
• Project Coordination: Collaboration with internal creative teams (Artists, Editors, QC) to monitor project status, track progress, and ensure output quality.

Requirements

• Japanese Language: Requirement for strong competency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Japanese, ideally at the JLPT N3 level or equivalent.
• Experience: Preference for prior experience in an administrative or project coordination role. Experience in the creative content industry or within an international (e.g., Korean) corporate environment is beneficial.
• Essential Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and use standard office software effectively.
• Professional Attitude: Expectation of a proactive, flexible approach and high responsibility toward all assigned tasks.

• Interest in webtoon, anime, manga, or manhwa content.
• Basic communication skills in English.
